SMJH ASSOCIATES Limited provides Information Technology Consultancy, Intellectual Property Support, Legal Consultancy, and related professional services.
2. Payments
All fees must be paid according to the agreed quotation or invoice terms. Services may be suspended for overdue payments.
3. Refund Policy
* Refunds are available only if work has not yet commenced.
* Once services have started, fees are generally non-refundable.
* Partial refunds may be considered for incomplete work at the Company’s discretion.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services before work begins by providing written notice. Administrative charges may apply.
5. Liability
SMJH ASSOCIATES Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
6. Confidentiality
All client information will be treated confidentially and handled in accordance with applicable UK laws.
